Paul is a Managing Partner at Oryx. He oversees Oryx and is responsible for the investment manager operations. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for the development of the investment strategy and management of the investment process from origination through to exit.

Paul was a former Principal of the investment team at Appian Capital Advisory, where he was responsible for the origination, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management of numerous investments. Prior to Appian, Paul held senior roles in investment banking, with J.P. Morgan’s EMEA Metals & Mining team based in London, and with Deutsche Bank’s M&A team based in Sydney. Paul commenced his career with a leading global accounting firm.

Paul is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant. He also holds a CIBE from Columbia Business School and Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Queensland University of Technology.
